Do People Really Get Paid to Play Video Games?
A lot of people want to know if the sites that sell guides to make money while playing video games are total scams or if it’s actually possible to get paid to play. I’m here to tell you which sites will actually guide you into getting your dream job of playing video games for money.
I’ve done the research, paid the money (and lost some money) by joining numerous different sites and reviewing the information:
-Fact 1. The gaming industry is one of the few industries (during this recession) that is actually growing by the billions of dollars every year.
-Fact 2. There is a huge explosion in opportunities for game developers and game tester jobs.
-Fact 3. Video game sales hit a record high in March this year, 2008, and continues getting bigger. This means that game developers need more and more testers to go through levels, find all the bugs and give their feedback.
-Fact 4. Games are becoming more complex and advanced, so more testing is needed to find anything wrong with them before they are released. For this, game developers will pay good money per hour to have these projects tested and re-tested again. The hard part is getting in.
I discovered the game industry does these things in a certain way and they also have sources they go to for hoards of game testers. Being a member of one of these clubs or joining a group of testers is the easiest way to get started making money for testing video games.
After some research I acquired the information on over 20 products or sites that claimed to help people get started as a game tester. Only four are even worth reviewing. All the rest are scams, outdated, or totally useless. Don’t waste your money. This will save you the trouble of losing $30-75.
